SEC in Regionals

Yeah - it's bragging, but we went 8-0 in regional play Friday.

And that ain't too shabby no matter what conference you follow.

The competition will be a little better today than Bethune-Cookman, Jacksonville St., Bucknell, et al. :) For us too, believe me...

Man, I felt sorry for you guys today. Bases juiced in the 7th or 8th inning with no outs and couldn't get a run in. I was pulling for CC. Better luck tomorrow.

ASU did get win number one over Arkansas tonight in 12 innings.

Two bases loaded jams, one went on a tremendous DP by their SS after the ball glanced off of the pitcher straight over second base, the other on fabulous relief pitching. Hats off to them but we'll show up again today and see if we can make some breaks for ourselves. That's baseball. :)

On a better note, ASU takes down Arkansas in 12 innings. Arkansas was really good. Better than I expected.

Gator, are we the only ones left on BP that have a team in it? We wouldn't meet until the finals if we both can get there. That'd be fun!

We couldn't get it done. That's tough but that''s college baseball. We'll be back around, I think a lot was learned to take forward. We put a team on the field that can play with anyone in the country, and not just for one game. That's an accomplishment that we should be proud of and build on. I think we will do both.
