then again, i think their are a lot worse things/issues you can complain about ol petey than this. and for the record, i mean take a look at his past nfl experience and tell me you really subscribe to the thought that hes a great nfl talent/personnel evaluator

Please. Pete knew quite well that Taylor had issues, he just didn't admit them when Taylor asked, ALLEGEDLY.

Or are you trying to argue that because Petey failed in the NFL (something hundreds of brilliant football minds of done) that he couldn't tell that Mays had those weaknesses?

both of those. toss in the other ethical issues and the pending ncaa violations/investigations and if i had to find something to bitch about it wouldnt be that he allegedly told a kid he was "ok" "fine" and "had nothing to worry about"

thats just me though. basically this issue dwarfs one of many others hanging over/around his head/neck/history, etc. i mean letting this get your panties in a bunch as i said is like being worried over a match when you are surrounded by conflagration.
