Gene Sisinyak: As a senior fullback in 1958, Sisinyak helped the Michigan football team to a 2-6-1 record for its worst season in 22 years. Heading into the final game of the season against defending Big Ten Champion Ohio State, Sisinyak and Michigan had a chance to end the forgettable season on a high note with a win against their rival. Trailing 14-20 with enough time for one more play from Ohio State's one yard line, Sisinyak, who had 23 rushing attempts on the season heading into the game, got a rare opportunity. He made the most of it, permanently etching his name into the annals of the "greatest rivalry in sports" with a fumble to clinch the victory and top 10 finish for Ohio State.
