scUM adding upper deck

So the shit hole will look even worse.

I have some more ideas for the scummers to add some seats.

1. Make the seats even smaller so you can fit more in the stadium. Maybe make them 3 inches wide. (Thats only 1 less than now.)

2. Take out two of the three exit of the stadium and leave them with one so everyone goes single file out of the stadium.

What I like is that an upper deck should help hold sound in, as should the new box seating. It'll be nice to have a stadium that's not unnaturally quiet, like it is now.
