Scooter's Massive Feats of Strength

HTTR Forever.
Lower body? how about upperbody? He is just huge, I'm sure once he gets moving he looks like a bus coming to some of those db's. He could be scary good next year

While upper body is imprtant too, lower body is where you need it most for driving off the ball. There is a reason I was throwing around 800 pounds with each leg on the leg press in highschool. I was 5'10 180 playing left guard. I needed the leg strength to just stand the bigger guys up.

No I wasn't saying that his legs power wasn't impressive. I was just saying that he just seems to keep getting bigger...again, like I said next year he could be scary good.

Let me clarify. I would put 800 pounds on the press, lift it and then set the balls of my feet on the edge of the foot plate. I'd drop one leg, and lift the press with my calf muscle by flexing my ankle. Kind of reverse tiptoe. One leg at a time, three sets of 10.

Coach Stanley just stood there in awe.

And no, it didn't make me a great football player. Just a servicable left guard.
