As reported by Adam Schefter, Urban Meyer has got his guy to replace Chris Ash as defensive coordinator.
Former Bucs HC Greg Schiano expected to accept Assoc HC/DC at Ohio State, per source; will replace former OSU DC Chris Ash, new Rutgers HC.

As some may know, Greg Schiano was the head coach at Rutgers from 2001 to 2011 before leaving to be the head coach of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Even though he is a defensive minded coach, this will be his first defensive coaching job since he was the defensive coordinator with the Miami Hurricanes in 2000.
Getting someone with collegiate coaching success and NFL experience was an absolute slam dunk hire for Meyer in an attempt to keep the Silver Bullets going after Ash leaves for Rutgers. Trust in Urban people…
