Orhian claims offers from
South Florida, Florida International and Indiana along with verbal offers from Western Kentucky, Ohio State and Cincinnati.

tOSU's staff has been very good at mining some "hidden" gems in recent years that didn't have impressive offer lists... Guys like this that they get on early (Kylan Robinson for example) more often than not blow-up during their senior season and earn several impressive offers...

Orhian looks like a talented athlete who could project nicely to WR at the next level, or as a dual-threat QB...

According to his Rivals profile and Bobcatattack he has an offer from Ohio University. I wonder if this is a huge misunderstanding on his part.

I believe that some coaches down in his area have said that the verbal offer from tOSU is legit. I have no clue if that offer has been put in writing or not at this point... Coach Taver Johnson has been out to see him a couple of times...

From the Indiana site...has offers from South Florida, Indiana, Kansas, UConn and Florida International and is hearing from OSU. Talks about his interest in playing QB for the Hooisers.

I don't mean to sound negative but I highly doubt he has an official offer as of right now...maybe something along the verbal/conditional lines, but I don't see him being a part of this class. I could be wrong, but I would not be surprised to him end up somewhere like Indiana.
