I am definitely missing something here. What possible reason would he have for "taking himself out" after the first half he had? Since we have deduced he is NFL bound next year, yet another injury to an "injury prone" player would possibly hurt his stock. Not sure what he did to become a self centered liar, but it seems to me he was pissed off because he couldn't play against USC. Suddenly he is taking himself out and lying to coaches saying he's injured when he isn't? Definitely some BN material there.

Well, Texas wasn't trying in the first half. They were, like, playing patty cake and two hand tag, and then, like, in the second half, they got, like, all mean and shit and, like, started to hit and that's when Beanie decided to take himself out, 'cause, like, he didn't want to get hurt.

Sure, yeah, the first thing they look for at the combine right after your 40 time is "Did he like to take himself out of big games in the 2nd half?" In fact, I think that's the first 45 questions on the Wonderlic test...which would explain why Vince Young scored like a 5. Fucker always wanted to be out on the field and shit.

Yeah, we've seen that before, I mean it's not like he put us on his back and led us to a title game last year (well, execpt for like, the Michigan game when he gained over 2 bills when no one could complete a pass, and, well, like 8 other games) or has done dick for us this year (well, except for like toting the rock behind an underachieving offensive line while playing with a freshman QB who barely ever threw the ball and was trying to figure out what he was doing at the college level).

Wrong. There's a lot in it for him, just not good things. He's been hampered by the injury bug, something that could cost him big bucks in a few months at the draft.

But S&G knows all. Clearly Beanie would not want to prove them wrong, because sitting on the sidelines is a smart plan.
