Not that CMR is feeling any heat, but his job security could use this win over at home.

He sort of blew up this year and worked his way into the starting spot. Not heralded at all, something like third string all SEC.CentralMOBuck;1987772; said:Anyone ever heard of this Clowney kid from South Carolina? I think he might turn out to be good. Just blew past the LT of Georgia and threw Murray around to force a fumble.

Thoughts from the loss:
Pros:
1. Isiah Crowell can play. He's the next Moreno and is only going to get better and stronger.
2. Defense actually played pretty damn well. Isn't there fault they scored 14 points of turnovers.
3. Coaching staff and playcalling was vastly improved from last week, although I feel like S.Caronlina would get beaten down like we did against Boise.
4. The team just feels like the 2007 team. Maybe not bound for the Sugar Bowl, but one that's going to get better and better and better each week. Young kids will grow into their own and get more confident.
Cons
1. There are periods when Aaron Murray plays like John Elway and periods when he plays like Kordell Stewart. More consistency please!
2. With Alec Ogletree's injury, we're going to see the defense get gassed late in the game due to lack of subs at LB. It will be important to get ahead and move the chains with the run game in order to spell the D.
3. Turnovers [censored]ing suck and missed field goals suck more.
4. Playing these tough games in the early season has put the team behind the 8-ball. It's been good for the program, but has made CMR's seat hotter than ever and the team has got to be feeling the pressure. Bring on the cupcakes! Coastal Carolina and Ole Miss.
I hated this game, but no puking in cabs and no broken cell phones this week. Things are better and will continue to get better.
Go Dawgs!
