Everybody is somebody else's weirdo.
I always like to read The Lantern articles. Maybe it reminds me of the "good old days" when I was a student (Fall 1966 - Spring 1971).

Same here... I'm typically very harsh on the defense and this season so far has been more of the same from me on that front. Glad to just see the S & G!I'm with you, I'm actually a Lantern alum. Some of my most cherished moments were writing for that paper. Our professors and staff were honestly amazing and we produced some great articles. I keep reading the Lantern and am proud to have contributed to it, they seem to have done a great job since I've graduated.
Anyways, enough of me getting sentimental. I came back into the thread to say my comments during the game were just emotional and I need to shut the hell up. We almost didn't even have a season and I vowed to enjoy every bit of it once it happened, for better or worse. I was being a spoiled Ohio State fan and that's not ok. Great job Buckeyes, awesome win and let's keep on improving all the way to a championship.
I’m not sure why Rutgers is burning through all its trick plays when it could save them up for a winnable game, like Michigan...Ramzy Nasrallah
Co-offensive players of the game Justin Fields and Nicholas Petit-Frere are joined as champions on their side of the ball by running back Master Teague, left tackle Thayer Munford, tight ends Luke Farrell and Jeremy Ruckert and wide receivers Chris Olave, Garrett Wilson, Jameson Williams and Jaxon Smith-Njigba.
Tuf Borland, who was named both defensive and special teams player of the game for his performance in the Buckeyes' 22-point win, is joined on his side of the ball by eight other defensive champions: defensive ends Jonathon Cooper, Javontae Jean-Baptiste and Tyler Friday, defensive tackle Tommy Togiai, linebacker Justin Hilliard, cornerbacks Sevyn Banks and Shaun Wade and safety Josh Proctor.
Smith-Njigba, Friday, Jean-Baptiste, Hilliard and Banks all earned champion honors for the first time this season, with Hilliard's coming after he forced a fumble in his season debut against Rutgers.
Freshman offensive lineman Jakob James and defensive lineman Darrion Henry-Young and walk-ons Sam Wiglusz and Ryan Batsch were also honored as the scout team players of the week.

There are some notable names missing (i.e. Shaun Wade, Wyatt Davis, Chris Olave, Josh Myers, Zach Harrison) that I would have expected to see on that list.
