Here's a pic of the electric box in a house that I looked at last week. I was ready to put in an offer until I had my dad look at the house and tell me everything that needed work. If not for the 5.5 foot basement I probably still would have put in an offer.

i was implying that they should hire out and have it repaired for safety reasons, and so they dont have to sit on an open property for too long.

i understand that, but hawg said it was still going around 90? i was suggesting that the bank fix it to get more, or lower the price, but i'm a realist and know that will not happen.
