I agree. Even though the 19 yr old guy needs a swift kick in the nuts for taking advantage of the guy, if the homeless guy knew what it was...well, then what?

The 19 year old definitely needs some hard time. That said, I can't believe the bum was actually stupid enough to knowingly drink this crap.

Police may upgrade charges against Wilson from misdemeanor reckless conduct to more serious felony charges.

Not to sound cold, but I don't think it's right for the kid to have felony charges placed on him. What would the charge even be? I would assume the bum knew what he was drinking. Why else would someone pay you to drink something if there wasn't something strange going on? If he willingly drank it, that's his fault. It's not like the kid tied him down and poured it down his throat.
