Why give it out now? IMO if Florida makes it to the Final Four then Billy Donovan should get it. That would mean that UF would finish with a record of 31-7 (assuming they lose their first F4 game). IMO that is more impressive when you consider the fact that Florida also lost tons of talent but didn't have stud McDonald's All Americans coming in.

I forget who the four finalists were, but I was surprised that Matta was not even on the list. The two that I can recall were Williams obviously and Pearle. Matta was not in the top four, even though he should have been IMHO.
