This is gonna be a tough test for Illinois, but if Juice Williams plays out of his mind again......... anything can happen. I think arnellius (spellcheck) benn also needs to have a good game for the illini to win. We all know J Leman will show up and be flying around making plays. I really want Illinois to win this game just to gain some respect back for the big ten.

I'll root for Illi too, and nothing would surprise me, but my expectation is that this will get ugly for them.

Funny how we all bashed the Zooker for being an idiot (and many still do) but now he's getting praise for the job at Illinois.

Obviously, it's hard to follow a legend as he did at Florida and so he had to live with that and carry it with him to Illinois, but we sure did bash him a lot. Seems like some labeled him a Wanny....which it would appear his is NOT.

its funny that OSU gets labeled as a team that cannot stop the spread. The spread is in right now b/c of the problems it creates for everyone. That being said, Dennis Dixon had a good game against USC earlier this year, and I expect Juice to play well also.

As a side note, I think it's great we've begun to recruit the smaller/quicker LB to play in space. Guys like Brian Rolle will have huge careers at OSU b/c of their ability to fly around the field.

I wouldn't be suprised to see Illinois win this at all.

Oregon, Oregon St and ASU are the only 3 teams USC has beaten with a winning record. Against Oregon, Dixon had 233 yds of total offense and Stewart had 103 yards rushing. This USC team lost to Stanford, beat Washington by 3 and struggled with both Arizona and Cal.

Illinois strikes me as the kind of team too young and dumb to know they are supposed to be intimidated by USC. Talent wise there is no doubt in my mind they can hang.
