It's amazing how the men's basketball Bucks line up with the football team before big games, through history. Check it out...
2003: Bball team loses at U of San Francisco (I was there and remember it was ugly), football team loses to scum the next day.
2006: Bball team loses to Florida, then football team loses to Florida.
2024: Bball team loses to Pitt, football team loses to scum next day.
2024: Bball team pounds Kentucky, football team annihilates UT!
If the basketball team beats Indiana St on 12/29 maybe we'll be alright in the Rose Bowl.

Well, they get the rematch they’ve wanted all along. It feels like this team has had their minds on this since the clock hit 0:00 in Eugene. Maybe even to the detriment of every thing in between then and now. But here we go.
Bad news, they get the Ducks closer to their turf. They have to travel 2000 miles, after an extra game, while Oregon and their fans have had a Bye and been settled in to their Pasadena plans. This is also probably the best team in college football.
Good news, the Bucks seemed to have come together out of all the ashes and found some attitude. We’ve seen sports stories like this before when teams just “click.”
I also think the 10-11 days of rest may be the perfect sweet spot for rest vs rust. Heck, I’d like to line up this version of the Buckeyes tomorrow - they got the bad taste out and got to hit some people on the Playoff stage. Now they get to heal, gameplan, travel and hopefully still carry some momentum while Oregon will have sat for 25 days.
