Reverse roles and then replace sweet baby with old fart. Does she suffer the same fate?

"On Sunday, the Web site SportsbyBrooks reported that longtime ESPN broadcaster Jeannine Edwards was pulled from the radio broadcast of the Fiesta Bowl after she allegedly referred to colleague Ron Franklin as "old fart" before the start of a meeting with Florida State coaches Friday for the Chick-fil-A Bowl. Franklin told Edwards that he did not appreciate being addressed that way. That prompted Edwards to allegedly say, "OK then, a--hole."

I think you'd have similar issues. I mean, I know that there are employers with worthless HR departments, but most reputable large companies would discipline an employee for that kind of behavior.

Well, if the circumstances were the same...if she had a history of disrespecting elder PBP guys on air...if she said something lime "Let the kids with brains that actually work talk, you senile old fart"...then said "OK, you senile old asshole"...and then refused to apologize to him in person...yeah, I think so.
