(Thad appreciates your support. So do people in central Ohio. So do we.)

Here is your chance to start of 2016 the right way by supporting (casting a vote) Thad Matta as he tries to win something far, far bigger than any basketball game.

Yesterday, January 5th at 3 pm, voting opened for the Coaches’ Charity Challenge! Coach Thad Matta is competing as fan favorite in a competition between 48 of the top college basketball coaches in the nation.

On the line is $100,000 benefiting Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC) of Central Ohio if Coach Matta wins. Fan votes determine the winner by voting daily over a 10-week period. Buckeye fans can show their support by voting daily on VoteCoachMatta.com.

Please help us get the word out! Below are links to our Twitter and Facebook page to share the contest with your social network.

Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC) of Central Ohio provides lodging for family members of children undergoing treatment at Nationwide Children’s Hospital in Columbus.

In the immortal words of former Chicago mayor William Hale Thompson: ‘Vote early and vote often’. You’ll be flad to did something so significant with so little effort. Pay it forward.
