They were inside the 10, or I would say it would be even more Iowa to recover the ball for a first down, run 3 more times for 0 yards, and have another FG blocked

Great over/under graphic at halftime of the Cryami game.
Not counting today’s record, 5 of the 10 lowest over/under totals since 2000 are Iowa games played in 2023.
And every one of those 5 hit the under.
The other 5 games had 3 with service academies, and 2 Iowa games from 2022, which both hit the under.
