Anyone know how to take this song and record it (or something like that) and cut it to make an MP3 ringtone?

However, you also need to get the ringtone from your PC to the phone. That usually requires a data cable and software, as most phones are made to prevent ringtone transfers by data card. You can get a cheap data cable on ebay for $5, just search by your phone model. There are tutorials for how to use the transfer software out there. BitPim is the main one.
