I'm going with Slaton. That offense is going to be downright scary. Slaton has surgery on his wrist and is doing great by all accounts. He's going to put up PS2 numbers this year in the Big Least. I think he gets 2,000+ yards and 25-30 touchdowns.

I think if Cal has a good year Desean Jackson could prove to be a worthy candidate. But if USC runs the table look for John David Booty to at least be in the running.
