While what @Jaxbuck said is right, galactically stupid move, he probably would have survived as @pnuts34 suggests right up to the point where “The Hideaway Book” ... contained the line: “Title IX doesn’t exist in our office.” (https://deadspin.com/former-assistant-says-rich-rodriguez-grabbed-his-penis-1821744625)

That kind of statement makes him pretty much unhireable if it's proven to be correct.

But remember, Rick Pitino paid a chick to get an Abortion and still got a job. DickRod was never going to be an AD, so the Title IX comment won't stop anyone from hiring him in a few years....

I was thinking about Rita, and more specifically Rita's lawyer, not so much another job.

Like the scene in Wolf of Wall Street where the government lawyers explain to him what a Grenada situation is.

His soon to be ex-wife's lawyers have a Grenada. They will rip his balls out through his wallet.
