Rich Rodriguez (official thread of last laughs)

I keep thinking about the Connecticut game. The fact that Connecticut, on the road, is going to be an even money bet, or close to it, to win says all that needs to be said about how far Rich Rod has beaten a once proud program into the ground.

You obviously didn't get the memo, its all Ty...err Lloyds fault.

Not to the point where they should be a near "pick 'em" bookie-wise against Michigan. Lloyd Carr's Michigan teams would never have been less than a 10-point pick at home against any UConn team...

I do agree that Connecticut is a program on the rise and a tricky opponent to play early on in the year. I watched four or five of their games last year and they are a good team with a ton of heart. That being said, they shouldn't be on the same level in Vegas as scUM.

hence where I said we were a shell of our former selves right now. Doesn't change the fact that UCONN is still a decent program that could probably beat 1/2 the teams in the Big 10.

I predect a 21-7 game, with these fast, small linemen we got we should be able to hold them under 15 sacks, and keep them from scoring four touchdowns!

Down or not, Michigan should never, ever, be a pick 'em at home against UConn...

Wrong! We're something completely different. Like before you were a big dumb bear, now you're a smart, quick, kitty cat! Why do I keep having to tell people this!

but you're almost back to being a mediocre .500 team, or even a couple wins over, and that proves Rodriguez is a great coach, BARWIS!!1!

I keep telling people I deserve a raise and an extension, but so far, no one understands how great I am and that I should be paid more as well has retained forever!
