This whole thing, really, is bullshit. But even though it's bullshit it still presents a very real challenge for the coaching staff.

The problem for RichRod (as if this hasn't been covered ad nauseum) is that there are guys on the team (allegedly) that don't have his back. That kind of thing (if it's true) will tear a team apart. Even the perception of this can create a great deal of discord on the team.

The long days and forced work outs are not the problem with UM right now.

Hell, there might not even be a problem with UM right now but the team and coaches are definitely distracted during game week.
