Replacing An Internal Dell CD-RW Drive

I may not have been clear enough the first time around. There are two drives, a regular CD Rom drive and the CDRW drive is underneath it. I may take it apart again sometime this week. Work is a little hectic.

I didn't see anything obvious that would have released the drive the first time around but after seeing the diagram buck1973 was nice enough to post I'll try again.
