Reds tidbits 2015 (morgue)

You're my boy Price!

He may have an IQ of 80 and knows he's a dead man walking but fuck it, no one is going to tell me I can't like a retard if I want to.

And since it was referenced, Lee Elia's rant by which all other rants are measured.........

I think Hal McCrae throwing a phone at a reporter has to be up there too

Bryan Price's statement: “In my pre-game conversation with reporters yesterday, I used wholly inappropriate language to describe the media coverage of our team. While I stand by the content of my message, I am sorry for the choice of words.”

Problem with this apology is that the content was actually worse than the choice of words. It is the media's job to sniff everything out and report it. If the Reds are so cheap they fly Mesoraco and Tucker Barnhardt on the same commercial flight as Rosecrans and he's smart enough to put two and two together, that's on the Reds. If the Reds are too lazy to bother informing Skipworth he's being sent down before Rosecrans tweets about it, that's on the Reds.

Bob won't give a damn about the language because that dude can swear up a storm himself, but he will care that this will be the most entertaining story written about the Reds before an All-Star Break intended to celebrate Cincinnati. These gigglefucks literally cannot get out of their own way even when the sun does shine on their asses.

Agreed. Guy had time to think and cool down, and still thinks that reporters shouldn't report information if it might hurt the Reds' chances to win a game. Truly an idiotic statement.
