Reds outfielder Billy Hamilton is beginning to get a little more comfortable at the plate as he has hits in seven of his last nine games. Last night, Hamilton went 3-4 with a walk, two runs scored and 3 stolen bases, and is now hitting .272-.311-.393 with 4 home runs, 33 runs scored, 18 RBI and 28 stole bases in 36 attempts. He has actually shown improvement at the plate in each of the first three months of the season:

April: .256-.292-.344
May: .260-.301-.351
June: .306-.340-.531

The monthly improvement is a very good sign for the young speedster, and I am beginning to think he will overtake Dodgers shortstop Dee Gordon in the stolen base category in short order if he can keep this up.

Hamilton isn't as completely fucked up as I feared.

Frazier and Mes seem to have found a good med level to keep them from running off the track and trying to fuck a squirrel. We shall see how long that lasts.

The mailroom clerk is due to get hot and Votto's vag seems to be on the mend.

So we've got that going for us.

Which is nice.

Fucking bullpen is a dumpster fire and at the end of the day were talking about the goddamn fucking shity Cincinnati slut fucking Reds here so I'm sure this will go poorly.

ctrent just tweeted that rumor around the Reds clubhouse this morning is Jumbo Diaz will be in the Queen City tonight.

Good to know that Walt's fix for the 7th inning bullpen woes is a 315 pound, 30 year old rookie. This should go well.
