Well, that is ok for you guys I guess. I'm tired of being negative, it only makes my life less enjoyable. I just don't get my hopes too high.


I'll take that from Homer every single day if I could get it.

He's a rookie too.

The Reds right now are relying heavily on rookies at C, SS and now 3B. Fortunately Cozart is playing well, but you never know when that might change. Mesoraco hasn't been good, and the solution would seem to be to give more playing time to Hanigan instead. I don't know how Mesoraco gets any better without time behind the plate though, and since the Reds' window would seem to extend beyond this year, I don't see the harm in giving him a long leash. I want to see more from Frazier before I make up my mind on him one way or another.

The 3B situation as a whole has been bungled though. The Reds knew that Rolen was old and breaking down. His primary backup, Cairo, is old too. At the start of the season, they addressed that situation by sending Francisco to Atlanta and Frazier to Louisville. They brought in Valdez and TaHarris, who are also old, and suck donkey balls.
