Was trying to look through a couple other Twitter feeds of accounts that he was responding to or retweeting, and a bunch of them are suspended by Twitter.

This has been coming for a while now. I imagine he gets trolled constantly, and he can get pretty condescending when anybody dares question the organization or express frustration with the outcome on the field.
His biggest mistake was not telling that guy that he needs an ass kicking (anybody who trolls a guy like Ramsey certainly does), it was responding to that clown in the first place.
