I heard that the reds have the second best record since August 1st behind the Yankees. And they are 21-10 over the last 31 games.

That would probably be their highest finish in the N.L. central since the 1999 season. Notice the Reds went on this big run once Willy T-Ball went on the D.L.. Walt really needs to ship his @ss as far away from Cincy as possible...Stubbs has be doing a hell of job as the leadoff hitter and in CF.

Stubbs in 161 at bats- 8 HR's 16 RBI's .306 OBP and 9 stolen bases

And what did Dusty do when Taveras came off the D.L. the other night?? Put Taveras in CF and Stubbs on the bench.

My hopes aren't high yet. Not when I see Dusty running WT and Janish at 1-2 in the lineup. Until I see Dusty bench WT, I have no confidence that this team will be great. How can the man be so dim?
