Well I am not hating on those who drink or just do it to be social but sat the 16th of Dec will be my year anniversary of sobriety. I have done this before and fell off the wagon after 6 long years because I let people, places, and things get in my way of living sober. life is good now and all Alcohol and drugs have caused me in my life has been problems with a few good times. Today I choose not to drink, because one is to many and a few cases is not enuff, then i have triggers with alcohol I want to use when feeling good.

I'm only human and a Metalhead at heart

just for today CCI is Sober and proud to be
