Reassembling torrents

I've downloaded a few movie torrents and was hoping someone could provide some guidance on how to reassemble them. There are mutliple .rar files that contain .bin and .cue files and when I click on one of the .bin files it plays the movie in VLC but with no sound.

I know there's a torrent section for BP football, but clearly this question isn't about OSU football so I threw it in here.
