Me and the girlfriend are looking to buy a house somewhere around OU and I'm looking for some help. We are looking for at least 2/1.5, newer, somewhere around the 140's. Anyone have any suggestions?

How far from OU? My dad has a second house that's going to be relisted soon -- brick, dates from the 1940's, on 3 acres. It's a 10 minute drive from campus, off of Union Street/Route 56 in New Marshfield. If I recall, he previously had an offer at around $130k, but the buyer didn't get financing.
It's 3br, 1.5 ba, detached 2 car garage, plus some older outbuildings. I may have some photos that I can email you, if you're interested.
