I really like Herron on film. On film he really reminds me of a bigger, more built, and faster Mike Hart to be perfectly honest. I think whoever gets Herron is going to get one heck of a RB.

If I was ranking the backs in Ohio, I'd rank the top 3 as such:

1) Morgan Williams (best combination of size, speed, vision, pure RB ability)

2) Dan Herron (has everything you'd want, power, quickness, good vision, cuts well, hits the hole hard, good size, and a well-built muscular frame with the prospects of putting on more weight. only thing he lacks is the elite breakaway speed)

3) Brandon Saine (definetly doesn't lack breakaway speed, Saine might be the fastest football prospect in the nation, however he lacks the wiggle and shake that Williams and Herron display. Saine also lacks the natural instinct and vision for the position that Herron and Williams also display)

I agree, the new scout film was pretty impressive. Funny thing, I thought immediately of Hart as well. Except slightly bigger and perhaps a little faster.
