That's simple math. If you use the more complex algebraic formula, it comes out much differently.

Isn't anyone else amazed at his strength? He's squatting as much as Kris O'Dowd and he weighs a 100 lbs. less than him! That leg strength will really help push the pile.

I'm not saying that isn't amazing because it is, but it also helps when you are a half of a foot shorter. Still great strength in Boom.

That is true. The taller you are the more your range of motion increases. Still, to be 200 lbs. and squatting 550 lbs. is frickin' ridiculous!

Most are starting between their 8th and 9th grade years in summer workouts, however no training or coaching is provided, but the weights are there and the kids are using them.

I was talking about when they're in high school. Lots of kids start around 13-14.
