Watching him play in the North South game gave you an idea if what this young man is about. He plays with heart. He was running hard every second and tough. This kid will do it. Scholarship may not even be his goal. Being from Hilliard it is good chance his family is wealthy. He is playing football where he wants and he is going to make the best of it. Simply pu he is a badass.

DeLande charged with DUI

Walk-on tailback Bo DeLande was charged with DUI yesterday after a traffic stop on Tuesday, court records show.

The incident occurred at N. High St. and W. 11th Ave. DeLande was pulled over for making an illegal left turn. Given a breath test, his blood-alcohol level was measured at .133. In Ohio, the legal limit is .08.

DeLande is 20, so he's underage.

He is scheduled to be arraigned on Monday in Franklin County Municipal Court.

DeLande is entering his third year in the program. He redshirted in 2007 and did not play in 2008.
