thanks

Thanks everybody for all the updates. I was hoping all year that Troy would get his shot, and I hope the coaches are seeing that he is worth keeping around and possibly fighting for the backup role next year.

Even though he's a Raven, he'll always be a Buckeye!!

Troy gets a B+ for that performance. He showed he has what it takes to be a starter down the road. 16/33 199 yards 1 td 0 int's and 6 carries for 25 yards is extremely good given the circumstances. Going to the scout.com ravens board, it's unbelievable how many of them want him to fail. I know I shouldn't be surprised since it's scout but still, how can anyone root for Troy to fail let alone "fans" of his own team?

Anyway, to put his stats in perspective, #1 overall pick Jamarcus Russell went 7/23 83 yards 1 td and 3 int's 2 carries for 0 yards, and the QB Troy went head-to-head with, Matt Hasselbeck, went 18/27 199 yards 2 td's and 2 int's 3 carries for 12 yards.

Next week will be an even bigger challenge for Troy but at least he'll be at home.

Ill tell you now that real Ravens fans don't want him to fail in the least. The people who want him to fail just like to feel sorry for themselves.

Oh, I know. That's why I put quotation marks around the word fans. They either love Boller or have something against Troy.

Another cool tidbit: Troy is one of only 6 QB's today not to throw an int with at least 15 passing attempts.

I watched this entire game (ok I tivoed it and only watched the ravens offense :)), the Ravens gotta help a rookie out. The drops were absolutely horrible. As I Bills fan I did feel a little nauseous seeing McGahee and T. Smith in the backfield together, wow talk about two opposite personalities. But heres to Troy getting a little more help next week!!!
