Would've been a completion had he not been drilled as he was throwing it. So far he's shown great pocket presence.

I'm no QB coach but Troy has looked good in the limited situations he's been put in.
If his O-line gave him an extra second or so, or if he threw in non-obvious situations, he'd be able to get better looks. But, so far, he looks like he's gotten a lot quicker release, and quicker in the feet since he joined the pros.
