Questions: Player Advisors

1. Thinking of the many college stars who sign for big bucks and blow through it in very little time. Vince Young comes instantly to mind. So, does Ohio State have someone on staff who can advise players before the agent sharks begin to circle? Does the NCAA even allow such a person?

Exactly. My impression is that these kids are turned out into a world of agents without any guidance.

Thinking of the Big Red Machine, Rose, Bench, Morgan and Perez. All were lucky to be guided by Ruben Katz who kept them on a short leash, investing their money for the long term and made all but Rose financially sound for the long run.
