I'm reading on bucknuts that ABC might broadcast over some of the games tomorrow for Hurricane Rita updates? Anyways my question is do you think they'll put the games on ABC or Hurricane updates, and also if they do put Hurricane Rita on do you believe that my gameday package will pick up the game anyways?

Who knows! So far they have broke away for Oklahoma and Pitt/Neb. ( at least in my area) and they took their sweet time switching it to gameplan!

GO BUCKS!:oh:

I think they are talking about constant (irritating) interruptions, not about upsurping the game completely. You'll still see more game than hurricane, it just won't feel like it.:ohwell:

I'd like to know who pissed off Mother Nature IN FOOTBALL SEASON!

Something else to consider:
I'm reading on bucknuts?
the source...

It's ridiculous that news about the destruction of the property of thousands of people and the possible death of a hundred could be more important than college football. :roll1:

Uh, fuckwad, the place is already trashed from Katrina. If anyone gets killed by being back there after what happened and then refusing to leave again, they get what they deserve...

Consider the source.

Bad though Rita is it is already diminished to a Cat 3.

The majority of coverage is likely to happen in the early hours.

If you have wee ones they'll be going "daddy where has my cartoon gone?"

By noon it'll be back to regularly scheduled programming.

In all honesty Rita will continue to weaken. I think it will have winds around 115 or 110 when it makes landfall. Most of the problems from this hurricane will be caused by flooding when it sits and spins for a few days without anything to move it.

Football will be played tomorrow, and football will be watched. There will be updates, but I do not believe that this will consume all channels like Katrina did.
