Question about cooking Tilapia

I've never cooked the stuff before, any good ideas on how to prepare it?

Sounds good to me. Just don't forget the fire.


This is why my neighbors think I'm crazy. I was out grilling the other day when the temp was about 10 deg. They just don't understand that cooking MEAT with FIRE is what life is all about.

Definitely lemon and garlic, Thump. Tilapia is a pretty mild fish (but very tasty).

Doesn't need a lot of heat to cook. In fact, you can take it off the fire and it cooks itself in its own heat.

While I like a tender high grade steak as much as anyone, its hard to beat fresh caught Sockeye Salmon or Trout. I guess if that makes me a homo that would truly be news to my wife and five kids!
