QB/WR Terrelle Pryor ('10 Rose, '11 Sugar MVP)

If you watch closely he walks from one side to the other and then snatches it. It is the funniest video I have seen in a while. No worries though she got it back. If you read the video description it tells you what it says and I don't blame him for doing what he did. Good entertainment value as well.

And yes, the ladies reaction is by far the best part. Apparently she is my brother's friend's cousin(no joke). They live in Arkansas.

I haven't found anywhere that it says what was written on it. Would you mind sharing?

click on the embedded video and it will take you to the full youtube version of it. underneath the video there is a description box where it says that the sign read "Hey Pryor, trade a new tat for a hogs win". I'd have pulled it down too.

I would like to comment on that videos horrible camerawork. Who gets stuff stolen from their hands and doesn't even pan down to see the culprit. :p heh but it is amusing you can see him planning it in his mind as he cuts across the line of players while walking down.

For fans who are amazed at the criticism of Terrelle Pryor, as your favorite coach says, it's a time to let things simmer.

During the past two years, Pryor has been involved in several on-field (public displays of frustration, arguing with coaches, sulking) and off-field incidents (the most notable being the source of his five game suspension).

In my mind, his behavior is not unexpected in the sense that he has been given a sense that his athletic gifts should be the source of special treatment since he was a small child.

What Ohio State fans need to consider is whether Ohio State is better off or worse off because of his presence. Certainly, he is one of the most successful Ohio State quarterbacks ever. Without doubt, he has made several plays during his career that made the difference between winning and losing.

He hasn't gone out and committed a heinous crime. He hasn't been charged with violence toward others, selling drugs, DUI, gambling, or a host of other crimes that players faced this year. And, as others post here, when you compare how quickly his indiscretion was reported to the NCAA and brought to conclusion to problems at other schools (e.g., LSU), then it would seem that time might very well produce different evaluations.

For those fans who buy into the "addition through subtraction" argument, I would remind them to recall how they felt when Pryor took time to visit RichRod at TSUN prior to signing his letter of intent.

Pryor probably realizes that his public image will be worth far more to him throughout his life than his athletic skills alone. For someone his age, it can be very difficult to understand that managing your public image is a full-time, 24/7/365 job. He needs to make sure that he manages his public image better, showing less entitlement and more maturity. His words suggest that he understands that the next year will be a time for learning the true value of humility, not the kind that you spout in platitudes but that you show through leadership.

This is what Terrelle Pryor said he intends to do. Fans should get off his back and let him do it.

Pryor has foot surgery, might miss spring drills

THE COLUMBUS DISPATCH

Quarterback Terrelle Pryor is on the mend after undergoing surgery yesterday on his right foot. He was injured Tuesday in the closing minutes of Ohio State's win over Arkansas in the Sugar Bowl in New Orleans.

An OSU spokeswoman said the procedure was done "to stabilize some ligaments." Coach Jim Tressel later said that the surgery "went well" but offered no further details. And Pryor tweeted only that it was "successful."

But insiders said it's likely that Pryor, the MVP of the bowl game, won't be able to fully participate in spring practice in April. Of course, it won't matter much: Pryor already is facing an NCAA suspension for the first five games of the season for selling Buckeyes memorabilia.

Ohio State is in the process of appealing the length of Pryor's suspension, as well as those of four of his teammates. Running back Daniel Herron, receiver DeVier Posey, offensive tackle Mike Adams and defensive end Solomon Thomas are all out five games for selling memorabilia plus receiving discounted tattoos, so the team will be searching for new starters at each of those positions in the spring.

Pryor underwent arthroscopic surgery on his left knee during the offseason last year after his MVP performance in the Rose Bowl win over Oregon. He returned to full health before spring drills.

This latest injury apparently has to do with the ligaments on the top of the foot, sprained when he was bulldogged to the ground by the Razorbacks and a tackler fell on his foot at the end of the play. Replays showed his foot bending awkwardly.

Achilles' foot...

I hope this isn't serious, but I can't forget how a simple broken bone in his foot turned Keith Byers from the next OJ to a very good receiver. Keith never had the speed or power he had prior to the break.

NEW SCANDAL!!!

I heard from a good source connected to the program that Terrelle had surgery on his foot, valued at over $10,000, and paid nothing for it!

I also have heard that the coaching staff arranged for the free surgery!!!

So embarassing! another spoiled superstar taking advantage of the system!!

OMG wait till ESPN gets ahold of this!!!!!!!!
