QB/WR Terrelle Pryor ('10 Rose, '11 Sugar MVP)

What they have to realize is our times are all estimates, because the Big Ten is so slow, that we time all our guys with a sun dial.

4.33 on the sun dial converts to somewhere just shy of a minute - which might make him the fastest player in the Big Ten, outside of scUM's kickers, of course.

The guy that brought up Matt Jones running a 4.38 at the NFL combine at 6'6 240, big ups for writing that. Hopefully everyone read that.
why do you think this yahoo troll chose a ridiculous range like 4 years? Because Matt Jones would be included in a 5 year one.

Pryor looked to have good zip on his throws in the practice time that I saw. I was happy to see that and it looks much improved from the way he threw the ball last year. Also glad to see him moving around in the pocket well (although I only saw one ocassion where he did so).

matt hinton is pretty well respected by both internet dorks and legit media guys alike for his football analysis. i don't agree with everything the dude says, but he knows more about football than 99% of the people who generally write for these sites, and he's anything but a troll. i also agree with him, 4.33 is probably not accurate for pryor. the same thing happened with guys from OSU having significantly slower NFL combine times than their own OSU times, and i think it's fair to say that the same thing happened here.

regardless, you all apparently missed the first part of his post where he says

I'm pretty much sold on Terrelle Pryor as the awe-inspiring heir to Vince Young's torch as the lanky, multi-faceted, absurdly fast quarterbacking beast of every defense's nightmares.

don't bash the guy for being a "troll" just because you're upset he's pointed out a pretty obvious inconsistency about our QBs 40 time
