That really adds a whole new level to The Game. While some held out hope, most UM fans realize a loss is probable and are prepared for it (as much as one can be). If Todd wins, it's tough to stomach, but the cards were stacked against RR this season (frosh vs seniors), and OSU will have massive personnel turnover for next season.That's pretty damning, isn't it. I remember all they hype that Henne got for that very same reason before The Game in 2004. We'll see what happens.
But with Pryor, they are already retching at the post-Troy hype. If he pulls out a win vs UM, the agony and hype over that unparalleled achievement will be unbearable, especially with at least two more years left.
Pryor could fail to progress an ounce from this point on, and he'd still be far ahead of Reggie ball.Otherwise people will start comparing him with Reggie Ball.
