All jokes aside, the only way to get rid of that excess skin is to cut it off. Dude looks funny, but that's because he's a former doughboy.

Eh I'm not worried yet. I mean yes, there is a chance that his jump in improvement between last year and this year could have been limited due to missing the spring, and limited in the summer and beginning of the fall but the quote you're referencing is a little misleading. Someone asked about if there were a game tomorrow. He's not ready due to conditioning of his arm. But Meyer's been saying that he's on track for 8/30. So I would say if you read between the lines Braxton is 100% healthy....just not for 100% of a game.
