Quinn stays put at least one year presuming he doesn't get the starting job this year
Upon revisiting, it has to be in ‘22 whether Stroud stays or not.The coaches have to be pitching Ewers and McCord (and potentially Miller if he’s still in it) a Haskins/Burrow style spring battle for the starting spot in ‘22 or ‘23, depending on when Stroud exits.
I also do hope that they have clear communication with Quinn that this is a RS year to develop.
That's just the prune juice we spiked your drink with...This is starting to take on a “Martell’ish” feeling to me.
Getting bubble guts.
But yeah depending on the personalities of the guys in the room you have the possibility of everyone who doesn't win the starting job transferring. Especially now they get 1 free one
It’s a little different but glad we have Coach Day to navigate it all.Last time this happened Day lured in Justin Fields.
'Trust the coaches' and what-not.
Indeed this far from the Steve Bellasari days of QBs. You have a competition and whoever is best wins and comes out better for it. Then you worry about what you are going to do after he leaves. Hopefully with a another 5 star QB or two waiting in the wings.Problems.
There are "bad" problems. And there are "good" problems. Having a lot of quality in the QB room is a "good" problem!
We all know what will inevitably happen next. One or two will end up in the dreaded transfer portal.
