The SEC has been using your face (and others' at ESPN) as target practice and you need to clean your face off before you claim you aren't giving them any special treatment.
In all seriousness, ESPN and the SEC are symbionts. When one does well, the other does well. ESPN has a vested interest in the SEC doing well. ESPN will get higher ratings in the long run if the SEC gets more teams in the playoff. And it's not a bad idea. If you work for a trucking company that has a contract with pepsi, do you root for people to buy pepsi or coke?
