QB Kirk ‘Nightmare On’ Herbstreit (Frosted Quips, Afraid of THE Lunatic Fringe)

I'm sure we will be hearing the media's annual "Well, [insert SEC team here] got beat because they didn't want to be there. They should have been in the CFB and they had nothing to play for in the [insert new years six bowl here] but are still the better team and one of the top 4 teams in the country even though they lost 3 games this year."

Exposed as the shameless shill that he is. Georgia was absolutely punked once they played a decent team outside the weak SEC. He can tell himself that he is an entertainer and so giving such opinions is harmless, but where is his self-respect? How can he expect anyone to respect him, when he spends the year openly promoting Alabama and Oklahoma QBs, but then asks how Dwayne Haskins got so few Heisman votes during the beatdown of Washington?

Dwayne Haskins will leave the Buckeye program as perhaps on of the GOAT. Herbstreit will forever be one of the worst starting QBs Ohio State ever put on the field. But all of that pales in the presence of his constant advertorial for his master's voice. Shameful.

Patiently waiting for Herbsteit's explanation of Georgia's loss...

Here's what he had to say on twitter, if someone could embed:

Before the bowls were played absolutely still think UGA should have been in top 4. They got beat. It happens. Doesn’t change my thoughts pre bowls. Give Texas credit played very well. Big win for them.

Typical Kirk--deflects rather than admits he was wrong.
