QB Dwayne Haskins Jr. (All B1G, B1G OPOY, Silver Football, Rose Bowl MVP, R.I.P.)

Dwayne clearly isn't ready. Gruden is a moron. Let Keenum take the beatings until there's some talent to surround Dwayne with
Rumors are he was given no time running the offense all season and just ran the scout team. Running the scout team is great for getting reps against the starting D not for learning the offense or getting on the same page as the number 1s though. Gruden was running practice like he had Brady or Brees and not a journeyman who would probably lose the starting spot to a number 1 draft pick at some point.

Needs time. Too early to worry, but they need a new coach in there that will take his development seriously and start working on the future.

It was a good decision to leave and get paid, but the downside is he only started 14 games in college and isn't ready to be a starter at the moment. Just needs more time than usual to get experience, and most importantly, he needs a staff that will buy in.

ACROSS THE SHIELD: VONN BELL IS A FUMBLE MAGNET AND THE BUCKEYE DEFENDERS STEP UP BIG IN WEEK FOUR

KEEP YOUR HEAD UP, DWAYNE

Not every Buckeye had a good game on Sunday.

After an abysmal start to its season, Washington finally looked to the future on Sunday when it put in first-round pick Dwayne Haskins against the Giants.

Haskins was drafted 15th overall with the hopes that he would turn things around in the Capitol, but these things take time.

The rookie was 9/17 with 107 yards but had three interceptions on the day. It's not like anyone on the roster would have done much better, but you have to wonder what is Washington's plan for developing the young quarterback.

The good thing is Dwayne's keeping his head up.

He'll have many, many more chances in the spotlight.

Even if he had more play time in college, the current Redskins team is a bad situation for any rookie QB. No running game, oline is a disaster. Recipe for disaster.
