I can't stand the floppy plastic ones. Also, don't skimp on the cheap plastic swabs - they've gotta be Q-tips.
:p
Yes but like GD01 I'm out right now but I haven't stooped to the TP yet. I just steal them from my roommate.
I agree with you on the wax getting jammed. But I still use Q-Tips all the time.I've never used them in my life.
My dad used to use them alot, and it jammed the wax back in his ear.
The wax built up for awhile, and after it started to effect his hearing, the doctor had flushed his ears out. You'd be surprised how much wax can be packed back there.
When I was in high school my hearing started getting worse. The family doc said it was wax build up and he irrigated my ears to clean them out. Man, you should have seen the shit that was in there, ballfield clay, stones, bugs, dirt, clumps of wax, it was scarry. I must say it worked though, I couldn't stand to drive my car for a week because the wind noise was so loud it hurt, and that was with the windows up!!!
Nope. Q-tips are not good for your ears. The wax is there for a purpose, and using a Q-tip will just cause more wax and other ear problems. If you never use them, and jsut clean the outside of your ear that u can get with a washcloth, you won't have a wax buildup problem at all.
