Painter made some bad decisions today. Constantly threw it 2 yards short of the marker on third downs, took sacks when he could have stepped up in the pocket or thrown it away, and missed on a lot of easy passes. He did not look like a good, experienced QB today.

And he didn't need to be......they damned near won the game with him playing like that.

Either Purdue has the pieces to make a serious run in the Big Ten or Oregon is grossly over-rated.....

x 2...The schmucks are definately over rated. I think they have SC coming up soon too. It will be interesting to see how they do against the Trojans....or, for that matter, the rest of the Pac10...
